Emerson International has been developing property overseas for more than 20 years.  The first venture was the Charter Club of Marco Beach in Florida which was constructed in the early 1980’s.  This was followed shortly by the completion of the first phase of apartments at Jardim do Vau, a luxury beachfront aparthotel, on the Algarve.

Following completion of the first phase in 1985 the division went on to finish Jardim do Vau resort which is owned and managed by The Emerson Group. 

Jones Homes Portugal are developing residential property and leisure resorts across the Algarve from Lakeside Village at Quinta do Lago through to the new Boavista Resort just outside Lagos.  There are a variety of property styles available at the developments meeting the changing requirements of the local and international markets.

FLORIDA DIVISION

The Florida Division is based in Orlando in central Florida and since its initial involvement at the Charter Club at Marco Beach the company gained further experience in residential housing in Orlando building more than 800 homes over a 4 year period. 

More recently the company has specialised in commercial property development and acquisitions and is now a leading force in Orlando’s commercial property market.
