OÁSIS PARQUE LOCATION
Oásis Parque is conveniently located between Portimão
and Alvor, on the main EN125 just a 45 minute drive from the International
Airport at Faro.
Just 5 minutes drive east is the cosmopolitan town Portimão. Historically
a major port offering lively waterfront restaurants and a variety of
shopping facilities from excellent designer clothing to the large bustling
market, a new marina is being built which is transforming the old harbour
town.
The nearest beaches are found at the old fortress town
of Praia da Rocha, and picturesque Praia do Vau with an abundance of
waterfront activities and café bars only a 12 minute drive away. Our
own Aparthotel, Jardim do Vau, can be found nestling on the coast between
the fabulous sculptured cliffs leading to a magnificent stretch of sandy
beach. Further along the coastline is the fishing
village of Alvor, with traditional restaurants and shops.
